SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

"Natalia" AD provides full support in the creation and development of models. We produce samples according to the client's ideas and requirements, taking into account the most efficient production methods.

This includes creating patterns and measurement tables, sizing, and supplying accessories.

KNITTING

The knitting process is carried out on circular knitting machines.
The knitting workshop has the ability to knit various compositions of knitted fabrics:
100% Cotton and blends with elastane, Tencel, viscose, polyester, polyamide and other blends suitable for specialized protective clothing.
Single-row knitting machines for knitting fabrics Single Jersey, Wadding, Pique - 20 gg, 24 gg, 28 gg.
Double-row knitting machines for knitting fabrics Interlock, Strik, Pique - 18 gg, 20 gg, 22 gg, 24 gg, 28 gg.

DYEING AND FINISHING

The dyeing shop works with a special focus on the efficient and sustainable use of energy and water.
Dyes and textile auxiliaries are used in accordance with REACH and Eco Tex 100.
The dyeing machines have capacities: 30 kg, 100 kg; 300 kg; 450 kg.

The technological dyeing process includes:

  • Development of colors according to the customer's reference
  • Color control with Data Color System & Light box
  • Preparation of dyes and textile auxiliaries for the production process in an automated dyeing kitchen
  • Preparation and treatment of fabrics for dyeing
  • Dyeing with reactive and disperse dyes.

CUTTING

The cutting workshop is equipped with an automatic CAD CAM system with digitizer and plotter, cutting tables with vacuum, band saws, guillotine shears, and cutting machines. The cut parts are graded, marked, and assembled before moving on to the next stage of production.

SCREEN PRINTING

The Screen Printing workshop is equipped with an MHM machine with 10 printing sections. It also has a drying tunnel to achieve maximum drying capacity for all types of pastes and inks after applying them to the product. The equipment additionally includes heat presses with different temperature regimes and work areas for gluing transfers, etc.

SEWING

"Natalia" AD has two "Sewing" workshops, located in the city of Stara Zagora and the city of Momchilgrad. The machine park includes more than 250 sewing machines - 1-needle and 2-needle machines, overlock machines, flatlock machines, roofing machines, needle and button machines, machines with a dispenser, pond machines and many others. The emphasis is on automation and quality control. "Natalia" AD provides auxiliary materials and a wide variety of accessories in accordance with Eco Tex 100 quality and safety standards.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is carried out during and after each production stage. All finished garments undergo an additional 100% quality control before packaging.

IRONING & PACKING

The finished product is packaged and labeled according to the customer's requirements. 100% recycled or recyclable packaging materials are used.
