NNATALIA AD is a factory for circular knitwear with a closed production cycle. Production activities include:Development and technological preparation of samples, Knitting of circular knitted fabrics, Dyeing and finishing, Cutting, Screen Printing, Ironing, Quality control and packaging.
In its almost 100-year history, NATALIA AD has developed from a small dyeing workshop in 1926 to a factory for production of circular knitted fabrics and garments. Today it is the only circular knitwear factory with a closed production cycle in Bulgaria.
Since 1997 NATALIA AD has been a part of the structure of Holding Zagora.
The company is certified with: STEP by Oeko tex – Made in Green, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 50001:2018, BSCI, Oeko tex 100 for fabrics, Oeko tex 100 for screen printing, Oeko tex 100 for finished products.

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
Natalia AD provides full support in creation, development, design of styles & prints, patterns & grading, source of trims & accessories. We search, develop and work out the most efficient ways for production to make your ideas come true.
KNITTING
The fabrics are knitted on fine circular knitting machines with wide range of qualities and composition - Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Fleece, Piquet, fabrics for special FR protective clothing .
DYEING & FINISHING
The dyeing workshop works with modern equipment with special focus to saving energy, water and other resourses. The dyestuffs and auxilirities used in production are in compliance with REACH and Oeko Tex 100 stardards.
CUTTING
The cutting unit is equipped with automatic CAD CAM system with digitizer, plotter, cutting tables and other cutting machinery.
SCREEN PRINTING
The production unit offers a possibility for various printing techniques on wide range of fabrics in accordance with quality standards Oeko Tex 100, class 1.
SEWING
The "Confection" workshop is located on two production sites - in the city of Stara Zagora and the city of Momchilgrad. The machine park includes various sewing machines with unlimited sewing operations. The work is focused on process automation and quality control.
QUALITY CONTROL
Inline control is performed in every production step. All ready made garments are subject of 100% final quality control before packing.
IRONING & PACKING
The garments are packed and labelled according to customers' requests.
