Production step 2

Production capacity: 80-90 tons/month

The fabrics are knitted on fine circular knitting machines with wide range of qualities and composition - Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Fleece, Piquet, fabrics for special FR protective clothing according to EN 1149-3:2004 & 1149-5:2018, EN ISO 11612:2015, EN ISO 13688:2013, EN 61482-2:2018.

The knitting is done by fine circular knitting machines.

High quality materials are used in production – mostly combed and compact yarns, in compliance with environmental quality standards. There are possibilities for knitting fancy yarns and yarn-dyed stripes with a maximum repeat up to 4 cm. All the yarns are tested in our laboratories before knitting process in accordance to the standards required.

Knitted fabric may be a wide range of compositions:

Cotton, Polyester, Viscose, intimate yarn blends such as Cotton/ Polyester, Cotton/ Modal, mixtures with Elastane, Protex/ Cotton/ Carbon and others suitable for special protective clothing

Single Knitting machines

For production of tubular knitted fabric: ORIZIO, TERROT 20,24,28 gauge, 30’’, 32” for Single Jersey, Single Jersey with elastane, fleece, fleece with elastane, pique, pique with elastane
For production of open-width fabrics: Pilotelli, Wellknit 28 gauge 30’’ for Single Jersey with elastane

Double Knitting machines

For production of interlock qualities: Metin 18 gauge 30’’, Pilotelli 22 gauge 34’’, Terrot 28 gauge 30’’, Monarch 22 gauge 34’’
For production of rib qualities: Metin 18 gauge 30’’, Textima 15 gauge 22’’, Pilotelli 22 gauge 33’’; 34’’

100% Optic quality control of the finished knitted fabric is performed before dying process.
