DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGICAL PREPARATION OF PRODUCTION or so called SAMPLES ROOM is the area where samples are developed and all production is prepared. Here we design styles according to customer’s ideas and requirements and submit samples for approval. We can develop collection samples in colours, fabrics and accessories upon customer’s request. We search, specify and develop the most effective ways for production.
The CADCAM system provides possibilities for optimal fabric cutting for each style, including marker preparing, creating own measurements, cutting pattern development and grading. While working with customer’s cutting patterns, possible corrections can be done by sending files by e-mail. This could save production time.
We choose the necessary materials and accessories and calculate their optimal cost for production.
NATALIA Ltd. provides full support in creation, development and design of prints according to our production capacities.
In order to ensure the quality of final products before starting production and during production we perform various tests to check product stability (stability to washing, colour stability, print stability, shrinkages, etc.)..
