Inline control is performed at every production step & 100% final quality control applies for all ready garments before packing.

Quality control is performed for each garment to ensure its final appearance, compliance with size spec and measurements, safety of materials and conformity with customer’s requirements.

In order to guarantee complete safety of products, after sewing and before packing into boxes, the merchandize is checked for metal parts. In a special separate area, designed according to the European safety directives, is equipped with a metal detector calibrated to detect even the smallest metal parts (of about 1 mm).

100% quality control is performed for the ready products.

A final inspection by AQL (random check of packed goods) is carried out to ensure the quality level.

After that, the garments are packed, labeled and put into boxes according to customer’s requirements.

Upon customer’s request the merchandise may be packed in pallets.

A special loading ramp and truck parking area facilitate the loading..
